How tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition depends on the weeks you book and whether you choose early or late care. Every week has the same hours, and the registration page shows our figures. We are glad to talk them through by phone.

Registration

Registration holds a place and covers each camper's file for the summer. It is due when you register, and the registration page says what it is.

Holding a place

A place is held once we have your registration and the first week's payment. When a week is full, families join a waitlist, and we offer places in the order families joined.

Billing

Weeks are billed by the session, and the balance is due before camp starts. You pay on our registration page, and you can call us if another arrangement would help.

Siblings

If two or more of your children come to camp, tell us when you register. We look at the weeks together and go over how it works for your family.

Withdrawing

We ask for notice before a booked week, so we can offer the place to a family on the waitlist. The registration page says what happens to a week already booked.

Extras outside tuition

A few things are priced on their own: early and late care, the camp shirt and the take-home kits from the circuits and machines weeks. Each is named on the registration page with what it covers.
